2.  Application (2) and resume review.  Applicants can submit two applications and a resume for review.  There will be a phone consult plus one re-review of both applications.  Additional applications do require additional payment.  ($538.00 VALUE, 6 TO 8 SERVICE HOURS.  Please note that we spend approximately four hours on each application which includes the one-hour phone consult.

3. Six hours of one-on-one consultations.  Customize your services!  You can mix and match the services that would best fit your needs.  Pick from: Military Transition Services (this is conducted by our Military Transition Specialist), Job Fair Prep, Recruiting Events, Meet and Greets, Special Concerns Consulting, Interview Prep, Follow-ups, SBI/LOI and CRM exercises, Technical, Cog/Gen Knowledge, MMPI/Hogan, etc. ($849.00 VALUE)

4.  Total hours: 30 to 35 hours of self-study time which includes time spent reviewing and working through books and homework.

5.  Services valid until used, non-transferrable, non-refundable, and cannot be prorated. In the event you are unsuccessful with your initial interview, a one hour complimentary consult can be requested to be used towards  preparation of your next interview.

How it works:


  1. Purchase the package online or contact our office.
  2. Books will be shipped the same business day as your order via USPS Priority Mail.
  3. Forward your resume and application (save your application to a PDF) and send to review@cageconsulting.com.
  4. Once you receive the books, begin reading and completing the worksheets.
  5. Schedule your services based on your needs and your time frame. 
  6. Additional homework (if applicable) will be sent by your consultant following your initial session.


Breakdown of your prep sessions:


Your Personal Interview Consultant will assist  you on how to clearly explain your experiences in any type of aviation interview. Our Interview Preparation Program is a multi-phase process:
 
Initial two-hour consult:  

Initial consultations consists of a 45 minute mock interview followed by a complete critique of your responses, attitude, appearance, strengths/weaknesses, etc.
 

We help you:

  • Understand the reasoning behind the pilot interviewing process.
     
  • Become familiar with the roles of the people involved in the process.
     
  • Gain an awareness of the most common interviewing mistakes.
     
  • Help identify what life experiences (both positive and negative) best describe your individual personality.
     
  • Learn how to discuss your life experiences in a complex yet concise manner.
     
  • Practice your verbal delivery.
     
  • Critique your physical appearance to ensure a professional impression
     
  • Organize and gather your paperwork, develop your resume, prepare to discuss areas of concern, background questions, areas surrounding logbooks and applications, etc.


Homework:

A homework package will be emailed to you following session one:

  • Additional interview questions.
     
  • Gathering additional paperwork.
     
  • Creation of addendum, letters of explanation, etc.


Follow up:

One-hour session consisting of

  • Re-addressing areas of concerns and weaknesses from previous sessions.
     
  • Discussing homework.
     
  • Discussing and reviewing any documentation that you have gathered or created and address any questions or concerns that you have.
